Ad glitch?????

So every time Im in the middle of a video, I know there might be some ads. But when an ad does try to play its frozen while in the background the rest of the audio from the original video continues playing. What I normally do to fix this is just press the fast forward to 10 seconds but then it gets annoying after a while. Please address this problem.
