Keeps freezing in full screen

I use YouTube daily. Whenever I watch a video in full screen mode and go to exit out to watch something else, 8/10 times itll freeze. I cant hit play, I cant minimize it, nothing. I have to close the app completely then reopen it and try to figure out where I was. This NEEDS to be fixed especially since I will soon be using it to make a living.
Theres nothing more frustrating than a broken app
