Why can’t I choose the quality over cellular network? I have to make a hotspot from my iPhone when I watch videos on my iPad and make a hotspot from my iPad when I watch on iPhone. And it works perfectly fine with higher quality... over the same cellular network. I have completely unlimited data plan and LTE connectivity in 99% of my country.

Why can’t you deal with this annoying bug when changing the rotation of the device?

Next “whys” after you fix those above, they’re the most important.
