Battery usage!

After lasy night, when I used youtube for less than 20 minutes, my almost new IPhone 7’s battery has been drained from 90 to 20%. Background refresh is off. You claim that with last update battery usage issue has been fixed, but in my case it is much worse. Please fix this for real.
