Problem issue

I was watching a video on my iPhone 6 iOS 10.3.3, then stopped it. Next day I tried to continue watching, scrolled on a moment I want to start and video started to rewind unstoppable! I can pause it, but after I push play it continue to rewind. I can scroll on a particular moment, but it can change it to another moment of video and continue rewinding. If I scroll it to the end and tap "watch again" it would start rewinding with video length 10 hours while it is only 7 hours long.

Could you help me with this problem? Thanks!
