Won’t load after 5 seconds

I’ve been using this app for years without any problems at 1080p. Ever since a couple days a ago YouTube won’t load videos or ads farther then 5 seconds. I’ve tried 144p but still it won’t load past 5 seconds over my WiFi. So I thought it was my WiFi but it loads Netflix fine, but if I use my data it will work but then I run out of data for everything else.
