Fix your app

Here’s the issue. YouTube on Apple devices with charter spectrum internet are not working. This is across any browser via my Apple devices or app. YouTube works when I switch to my LTE network and iPhone. I can cast from my iPhone to Roku on charter and it works. YouTube works on android devices on my charter internet but the three together load something for 5 seconds worth of video or commercial and then spin.

Please fix
