App stopped working a week ago

I watch YouTube every morning as part of my routine. I About a week ago, the app stopped working and the only thing that will load are COMMERCIALS! It still works ok on my laptop. Other streaming services like Hulu and Netflix still work, so it’s not my internet connection. I’ve done two updates to the app in hopes that it would be fixed but still having the same problem. Now I’m writing a review while eating my breakfast instead of watching my programs.
