⚠️?v13.12 STILL fails to play beyond first 0:05 seconds!

(?EVERYONE: open the app Settings and go to Help and do a Send Feedback? to alert the developers this issue is affecting us still! That will notify the engineers who can actually fix it. Writing App Store reviews is much less likely to be seen by the development team.)

⚠️v13.11 introduced a serious bug that caused 80% of videos to stall at 0:05. 20% of videos play fully without issue.

This has been an aggravating past week dealing with this since I have to use alternate apps and the YouTube website instead.

I even did Send Feedback with full technical details including the fact that it happens on both my iPad Mini 4 and my iPad Pro 9.7" with iOS 10.3.3 and 10.2.1. (both wifi only)

v13.12 released today and SHOCKINGLY THIS FATAL BUG STILL ISNT FIXED!

Someone said they have Charter Spectrum internet and that the bug disappears when they disable wifi and use LTE. I also have Charter Spectrum! But my iPads are Wifi only so I cant test his LTE idea...
