YouTube - Watch, Upload and Share Videos App Reviews

After watching couple of videos the screen wont get minimized. please fix.

I don know why, but now my recommended videos section (which used to be exactly as it should be, videos recommended based on other videos i watch), is riddled with Youtube Red adds, random/weird Live streamed channels, etc. Please go back to the old algorithm for the recommended section!!

After the update, the Comments are different and I dont like it, I have a channel, and I cant see any updates from people who comment

When I went into YouTube and tapped the video and tapped another video, the title didnt change wth?

Please please please add picture in picture on iPad so people can multitask.

Totally not digging the fact that it silences the video when I flip the switch on my iPhone and that it automatically plays the video when you leave the app and open it back up.

Every time I exit the app and get back on YouTube the video I was watching disappears and I have to find my spot again. On previous updates this did not happen. Please fix this really annoying having to find my video I was watching and my specific spot!

Even on my new IPhone 7plus.

Where is the comment section its completely gone for me. I scroll down and theres no option or anything at all to view. All I see are recommended videos and thats all. Theres no setting to turn them on at least through the app. Please fix this.

I have been watching my videos for a while, and used to enjoy seeing what else Pokémon related there is to watch, well, note that I said used to enjoy, as in, the videos are completely scrambled, now all I see in my recommendations list is live streams of Americas got talent, fashion and whatever else! Fix this issue, please!

I love YouTube.? although I had to beg my mom to get the app, its great. Posting videos is easy, but I would like the videos to upload faster.? thank you!

UGH, EVERYTIME I LEAVE THE APP MIDWAY THRU WATCHING A VIDEO I COME BACK AND THE AUDIO DOESNT WORK ITS SO ANNOYING FIX IT ASAP

I dont have very much negative to say, just that I updated my ipad to iOS 11 beta.. since this update I lost my search bar. Not sure if its because of the iOS update or the app needs an update itself specially made for 11... normally it would be on the top left side of the screen on the main page. since the update its just gone, so cant search for videos at all... the only area where there is a search bar is in my library so I can only look for things Ive already seen form my search history..which is not bad but, what about new videos Im looking for?? Not sure if others are experiencing this.

After the update Ive had two problems. 1. Any YouTube video pulled up plays automatically after exiting and reentering the app. This is very frustrating. 2. Along with this, sometimes the sound doesnt work and I have to reload the video after exiting and reentering the app. This is very frustrating and time consuming.

Just downloaded latest version of updates and the app will not open, deleted and re download, still will not open. No reply from app support.

I dont know if others have had this problem, but, when playing a video and switching to another app then coming back to the video, it loses all audio.

It seems that this app is being more and more condensed for no reason other than google just wants to confuse people. The app has been constantly changing more and more rapidly and its getting annoying for me and other users. Just keep things the way they are, you just end up confusing people in the process of your pointless change.

Why? Why did Google have to "fix" an app that was working just fine? Instead of swiping sideways to minimize the video now I have to swipe downwards and what do I get for that? Something thats too small to watch but I can close that unwatchable window. And a couple of videos now just wont play till the end. Great, just great. My advice: fire the loser programmers that just change an app for changes sake. We would all be better off...

Unfortunately I am unable to change the quality unless I want to go through a very long and irritating process. Often times it starts a video with 1080HD resolution as an option in 360HP or whatever crappy resolution it was. Now when I try watching a video with someone speaking in it their mouth doesnt move at the same speed as they talk. And it is for all videos with talking parts in it. I have other streaming services on my iPad mini that are working fine which leads me to believe it is YouTube. I pay an outrageous fee for YouTube RED every month. This bug needs to be fixed pronto. You cant charge outrageous fees for crappy services and expect to get away with it. It was working fine up until yesterday. Somehow something with YouTube got messed up.
