YouTube - Watch, Upload and Share Videos App Reviews

The connect to the a tv thing is annoying, why not just put that button in settings as an option? Its annoying when Im trying to search something or watch a video and that annoying button ends up in the way. Please either remove the button and add it as an option under settings or get rid of the connect to a tv.

I really wish I could rate this app lower. Please stop recommending Chris brown and Soulja boy feud videos to me! Stop recommending random videos of people that Im not even subscribed to! When I type something into the search bar and search for other videos dont erase what I left typed in the search bar?! That used to be how it was then you messed it up! Please STOP recommending videos that I dont want to watch! If Im not subscribed to the person then I do NOT want to see it! I dont want to see all these other annoyingly redundant and basic channels! I dont care about them! And stop trying to make me care! Dont recommend videos whose channels I am not subscribed to! Also dont post music videos for bands that Ive never heard, like Ive never listened to them, and I never want to do why would I want to watch their music videos?! If I watch a random video that does not mean that Im going to watch a million other videos like that daily! Whats the point of the NOT INTERESTED option if you just end up getting the same recommendations? Please add some sort of filter option where I can turn off recommendations because I swear that they NEVER interest me. They usually just upset me. I swear! Seriously!! Just because I watch ONE video from somebodys channel doesnt mean Im going to want to watch their entire repertoire! If I want to Ill subscribe to them!

Please please PLEASE bring back 10 second rewind and fast forwarding, if YouTube still had that, I would rate this 5 stars.

This app doesnt support iPhone 4 any more. It wont even allow me to redownload the app. I am ashamed of both Apple and Google. Would Steve Jobs want this?

Why am I not able to choose my video quality? I dont want to watch videos at 144p all the time. Please fix.

For me it simply works. Nuff said.

After the most recent update many of the video thumbnails appear distorted. Videos play just fine but theres no intelligible thumbnail pic.

The ten second skip feature is no longer working. Video and audio still frequently gets un synced.

Not able to play or watch any videos it just tells me its an error

This is unbelievable... Being the company that it is, YouTube should not be having these types of problems, especially after 12 years

Its been MONTHS! Video is randomly skipping around or restarting while audio continues, history randomly doesnt show the last 5 videos Ive watched which is a real PITA when the app crashes all the time and I need to go back to the video I was trying to watch. WHAT THE F*** ARE YOU GUYS DOING?! FIX IT ALREADY!!!

I think this is a great app, but when I accidentally deleted the app, it didnt let me download it again. Thats super weird, and now I cant watch YouTube on my IPad.

Im so sick of ads on YouTube. I use YouTube a lot to listen to audiobooks and theres an ad interrupting every 4 or 5 minutes. Its extremely aggravating. And I understand they want you to pay the extra money to get YouTube red for no ads, but YouTube never used to have ads before. So I dont understand why I should have to pay money for something that never used to happen. They start including ads and now I have to pay every month to not have ads when YouTube never had them before. I just get so frustrated every time an ad is played and it interrupts what Im watching or the flow of my audiobook.

After downloading the update, not a single video plays and just stays frozen.

Im not sure why but YouTube no longer plays videos for me. If I click on a video it loads, skips over the advertisement and the screen goes gray and says something went wrong. Its really frustrating

I tried to watch a video and it said "somthing went wrong tap to try again" I tapped it and it still didnt work so I chose a different video and it did the same thing my iPod is up to date With updates and I have WiFi. Please fix this.

I love YouTube, but my phone automatically locks while Im watching a video. Not sure why.

Better every day and fast enough to find anything we need and looking for
