Sometimes when I watch videos the sounds wont match the actions in the video. For an example if someone is saying something their mouth would be mouthing something else.

Works the way its supposed to for me. My only complaint is that the audio of videos cant play while the screen is locked. Get that feature out and itd be perfect. Love the "skip ahead or back 10 seconds" feature.

I recently got a new update for YouTube and ever since, every time I try to comment something, it comes up with a 503 error. Is this because of the new update for this app or is there something wrong with my phone?

THIS APP IS OUTRAGEOUS I let my 37 year old son have a phone so he could talk to his friends about a year ago and recently I discovered something horrible when I went on my weekly visit I found him glued to his phone all dinner. What could of possibly kept him so distracted well it was a tutorials video. I use YouTube myself so I can learn new yoga techniques so I didnt think much of it intill an hour later when he left to go to the bathroom I found a video in his watching history. It was called "how to vape your boyfriends semen" I was disgusted YouTube has turned my son gay and that was the worst sin of all I asked around my local church and they said the same kinda thing. Im writing a petition to our great president Donald trump to ban this unholy devil send thats turning our youth into sinners.

Dont know why but lots of operations are being performed on main thread that justs blocks me from doing anything, also it crashes sometimes

I use the YouTube app with my Chromecast to stream videos but now I cant control the videos from my phone. Worked fine before the update. Now I have to constantly disconnect and reconnect just to pause a video. Sometimes I cant play videos because it says there was an error. Incredibly inconvenient.

Honestly, whats even the point of having the YouTube Kids app? The TOS (or Terms of Service) for YouTube are absolutely the strictest community guideline rules for any app Ive ever seen before. Videos of clips from Cartoon Network shows like The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy or Chowder, which are aimed towards young children, are age restricted. YouTube doesnt allow for anyone to state their opinions on anything at all without the video getting age restricted, because according to the Community Guidelines, every video talking about political matters or has swearing in it, will be restricted. There is really no reason for this, as everyone should be able to hear and have access to what other people think on sensitive subjects, but YouTube is blatantly censoring that. Restricting videos with more than three swear words in it is completely not necessary, as not only is YouTube intended for teenagers and adults who most likely have all heard every swear word before, but this is infringing our right to freedom of expression. Unless YouTube fixes their Terms of Service, this review is staying up and nobody that actively uses YouTube, especially those that use it as a job, will be happy. Fix your garbage website.

My youtube app no longer plays sound. I have tried everything. Neither the app nor the website have audio in my iphone 7 now.

I downloaded this 6 hours ago and Stil it didnt download

This is my 2nd bad review of this app. Aug 22 2017 update (shinier bells and whistles... really?) made app crash repeatedly, literally every 2 or 3 videos. Also, those white suggested video bars on the screen need to go. At least give an option to turn off in video suggestions.

I wish there was an easier way to delete an account, cause I have no clue how. Does anyone else know how?
